TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions of use (hereinafter, the Cheapskyfares.com User Agreement, or more simply "Agreement"), as it is current as of the time of your usage. We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time and without prior notice to you. Therefore, you should review this Agreement each time you use this website. If this Agreement is not acceptable to you, please do not use our website. All information here may change without notice.

The Cheapskyfares.com website is operated by Travelmax LLC, (a Florida Limited Liability Company), Florida Seller of Travel license number ST39634.

Cheapskyfares.com relies on airlines and other suppliers for the information that is published on this site. We cannot, and do not, guarantee the accuracy of the information furnished and will not be responsible for omissions or errors.  Cheapskyfares.com shall not be liable for fluctuations in the currency rate conversions done by bank card processors for international travel; all prices on this site are given in United States Dollars. Price savings offered may vary depending on several factors - choice of airline and flight loading, class of service, destination, time of year (low, mid or high season), how far in advance the booking is done, and the fulfillment of requirements for minimum days of stay.

PRICES:

Price for your booking is only guaranteed once the purchase has been completed and tickets have been issued. If a price increase occurs after you have made a reservation, we will notify you before proceeding any further. All reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Airfare may or may not include airline baggage fees.

Regarding First Class or Business Class service - some airlines or suppliers only offer Business Class  and do not offer First Class. Please read the detailed terms carefully regarding any flight before you make a reservation. Cheapskyfares.com cannot accept the responsibility of customer reserving a different class of service than what they thought they intended to reserve.

CONFIRMATION:

You may receive an preliminary confirmation of your intended reservation before tickets have been issued. The booking is not complete until you have received a ticket number in another email. In most of the circumstances you will receive E-ticket confirmation within 24-48 hours; 72 hours for international flights. All bookings are not guaranteed until ticketed. At times, even after the confirmation of a reservation, the fare may change as revised by the supplier. We will notify you of any fare changes and we do not assume any responsibility - financial or otherwise for any such fare changes made by the supplier. We will notify you of the new fare and at that point you may either cancel or proceed at the new cost. You have the right to cancel at no charge if there is a fare increase before ticketing and prior to your card being charged; you will not be charged any fees for cancellation in such a case. Every airline has its own rules and policies regarding schedule changes, which are beyond our control. We make every attempt to notify the customer of any schedule changes. It is always best to contact the airline to reconfirm your flights within 72 hours before departure.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES:

All ticketed reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. If you want to cancel your reservation within the same day of booking, please call us at 1-855-359-2527 as you may be able to cancel the reservation with refund for a fee for cancellation. Most of the airline tickets are completely non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. However, if you want to cancel the booking for any reason on the next day after booking, we will try to assist you as much as possible. We cannot guarantee any refund on cancellation made the next day after booking. For making any kind of changes to your reservation you will be required to pay the fee prescribed by the airline's own terms of carriage, and any applicable difference in fare. Customers who do not appear or are 'no show' for their flight will forfeit the entire fare paid and will not be eligible for any kind of changes or refund. If you arrive at the airport late or are denied boarding you will forfeit the entire fare paid. Any changes made to the itinerary are restricted and are subject to airline fare rules, whichever is more restrictive; most of the airline tickets do not allow any date or name changes after the booking is completed. We cannot guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, any bookings or reservations made or confirmed to you in the event that the original itinerary has been changed by the supplier pursuant to customer's request or supplier's schedule changes. Please be aware that once you have made a reservation, name changes are not allowed. If you find, you need to change or correct the spelling of a name after you've made a reservation, you will have to cancel your original reservation-if allowed-and then make a new reservation with a new flight at the new available price using the correct spelling of the name. Therefore, it is important that you verify the spelling of the names of all passengers before making your reservation. In certain cases where the airline may allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards a future ticket purchase by the same traveler on the same airline. Usually the credit issued by the airline supplier has a specific expiration date, after which it cannot be used. Please feel free to discuss questions with us about these matters. Any bookings where the cancellation may be permitted must be canceled prior to the scheduled departure time of the first flight segment by calling our office. When you are ready to make your new booking and wish to use your airline credit, you will be required to pay the fare difference (if any), applicable airline penalties and any applicable post-ticketing fees. All such changes are governed by each airline's own policies and procedures, which we do not control. The rate applied on the date of issuance of the ticket is only valid for a ticket fully utilized and in the sequential order of flight segments on the dates indicated. Improper use may void the ticket and result in cancellation of the entire trip.

CANCEL FOR REFUND:

For refundable fares, a processing fee by Cheapskyfares.com Customer Service may be charged for all permitted cancellations. All of the service fees and airline tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. All cancellations should be done via phone only. Refund requests will be accepted only after following conditions have been met: 1.Traveler has applied for cancellation and refund with us and the airline rules allow for the same. 2.Traveler should not be a "no show" - in almost all cases, these are not eligible for refunds. 3.Waivers are secured from the airlines by us to process the request for cancellation and refund. For flight ticket refunds, it is difficult to provide exact date or time it may take for the refund process. All requests for refunds are processed in a sequence. Once a notification is sent to the customer service agent, an e-mail notification will be sent by us to confirm such request. However, this notification is just an acknowledgement of your request and does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Upon receiving the request, we work with the concerned airlines to arrive at a waived amount based on the rules of the airlines and then notify you the decision of the airlines. Please note that we depend on the airlines to receive refunds. After approval of refund by the airlines, it might take some additional time for the same to reflect in your credit card statement. Generally, a penalty is charged for refunds by all airlines. The entire process, from receipt of your refund request to reflection of the same in your credit card statement, might take 60-90 days. Apart from the refund penalties imposed by the airline, a fee for processing this refund will be charged by Cheapskyfares.com. These fees will be assessed only if the airline has authorized the refund or a waiver has been received and when such refunds are permitted by rules of the airline. In case the airline does not process your refund, we will refund you the processing fees charged by us.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION:

You agree to authorize Cheapskyfares.com and its suppliers to charge your credit card or debit card for the amount that is shown as the Grand Total on our website. A reservation is not complete until confirmed and tickets have been issued. To protect our customers, we verify with the credit/debit card company that the billing address and credit card verification number you provided is accurate and than your debit/charge will be accepted. If you are making travel reservations or bookings for another person you agree to inform that person(s) about the Terms & Conditions that apply to the travel reservations and bookings you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto and these Terms & Conditions. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of the Site (as well as for use of your account by others). You are responsible for any bookings and travel reservations made by persons under your direction or control. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or on your behalf, or by members of your household in using the Site is true, current, complete and accurate.

BAGGAGE POLICY AND FEES

Airfare quoted to you does not include any applicable airline baggage fees. If you have excess baggage, you will have to pay any excess baggage fee assessed by each airline. Many airlines now charge baggage fees even for the first Check in baggage; we recommend traveling light to reduce these costs. To find the baggage fees for each airline, please start with that airline's website. Baggage fees range from $15 up to $200 or more depending on the size and weight of the bag and is per checked bag. These fees are to be paid directly to airline upon using such service.

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION:

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we may validate your name, address and contact number supplied by you during the booking process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting this Agreement, you agree and authorize us to carry out such verification checks as stated herein. In performing these checks, you acknowledge and concur that such personal information you provide to us may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of such information in whole or in part. In case we are unable to verify any of the details provided by you at the time making the booking, we may contact your credit/debit card issuing bank. Rest assured this verification process is performed for the sole purpose to verify and confirm your identity, and that this process does not perform a credit check, and your credit rating will not be affected.

In certain circumstances our verification team may be required to ask you to provide photocopy of credit card you used at the time of purchase of the ticket and the signed document to confirm certain bookings in the case that we are unable to verify the billing details with your bank. Please be assured that all your details will be secured and will not be used for any other purpose.

Passports/Visas/ Govt. Issued Photo ID/Health Requirements:

Prior to booking your trip, you should ensure that you meet the passport, visa, affidavit, health and other requirements of the countries you wish to visit and those that you transit (even if it is for a plane change). USA/Canadian citizens are required to present a current valid passport for entry or transit through most countries; otherwise, entry or transit may be denied. We remind you that living standards and practices at your travel destination and the conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found in USA/Canada. At all times throughout your trip a government-issued photo ID is required for security checks at airports, hotels and car rental locations and may be required for attractions and other products as deemed necessary by the relevant Travel Suppliers. In addition to the required government-issued ID as stated above, proof of citizenship (Passport) is required for international travel (for most countries outside of the United States). Please note that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you meet the passport, visa, and/or health requirements of the countries you wish to visit and those that you transit (even if it is for a simple flight change). Many countries require that your passport should be valid for a minimum period from the date of arrival into that country. For any questions regarding what the applicable minimum period is and any other conditions or passport/visa requirements for travel, you should contact the corresponding local consulate of the countries to which you are traveling. Cheapskyfares.com does not accept any responsibility, and you will not be entitled to any refunds whatsoever, if you are denied boarding, delayed or deported due to non-fulfillment of the above. Also please note that many countries require that your passport be valid for a period of (a minimum) six months beyond your return date (please see chart below for easy reference). Obtaining passports and visas may require lengthy processing times and entry to another country may be refused even if your required information and travel documents are complete. We accept no responsibility if you should be denied boarding or deported for any reason including your age.

Entry Requirements for United States:

The department of Homeland Security of the United States of America has introduced new laws effective January 23, 2007 governing the entry requirements to the United States by air. These new laws include mandatory passports for all travelers including Canadian and American citizens. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months past your desired return date to ensure that there are not any delays in regards to US Immigration.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

If any dispute arises between us, our goal is to resolve that dispute quickly in a fair and cost-effective way. Please contact our office at 1-855-359-2527 or email us at Support@travelmax.us, so that we can address your concerns.

Otherwise, you and we agree that we will resolve any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, or our relationship in connection with the Site or these Terms & Conditions (each, a "Claim"), in accordance with the subsections below or as otherwise mutually agreed by the parties in writing.

SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION ; GOVERNING LAW:

These Terms & Conditions and the rights of the parties hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, exclusive of conflict or choice of law rules. You agree that any Claims shall be brought in a court located in Hillsborough County, Florida, United States of America. Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, any Claim must be brought within two (2) years from the date on which such Claim arose or accrued.

FILING CLAIMS IN AN IMPROPER MANNER:

All Claims you bring against us must be resolved in accordance with this "Dispute Resolution" section. All Claims filed or brought not in accordance with to this section shall be considered improperly filed and void. Should you file a Claim not in accordance with this section, we may recover from you our attorneys' fees and costs up to US$ 10,000, provided that we have notified you in writing of the improperly filed Claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the Claim.
